Our very own Stephanie Vacharat, who serves as CTRO’s Vice Chair, was recognized and honored at last night’s Cheltenham Township Commissioner Board meeting by receiving her Silver Certificate for 10 years of Volunteer Service on Cheltenham Township’s Library Board.
