CHAIRMAN’S MESSAGE: ELECTION 2022 IN REVIEW

The 2022 Election results are (mostly) in. For faithful Republican voters the outcome is bittersweet for now.

On the Federal level it appears we will gain a majority in the House of Representatives and there is still hope we will gain a majority in the U.S. Senate. Certainly, a majority in both chambers will go a long way toward meeting our expectations which were very high leading up to Election Day.

Our statewide race for Pennsylvania Governor was the most disappointing. In the end it was never really close.

Our local districts for the Pennsylvania General Assembly always pose a challenge due to the overwhelming voter registration majority favoring our opposition.

To all Republican Candidates in neighboring communities who won their races, Congratulations & represent us well!

TO OUR CANDIDATES & THEIR FAMILIES: THANK YOU!

There is a local component to our candidates running for U.S. Congress, Pennsylvania State Senate & Pennsylvania State Representative. Running for Elected Office is really hard. Not everyone is up to the task. The candidates and their families sacrifice so much during their campaigns. Their families share them with us, so we get to know them personally.

To our Congressional Candidate Christian Nascimento, our Pennsylvania State Senate Candidate Todd Johnson & our Pennsylvania State Representative Candidate Angelina Banks a collective Thank You from your fellow Republican supporters. You represented yourselves, your families and your districts with distinction and honor. To all of your families another collective Thank You. We all wish you & your families the best of luck in your next endeavors.

TO OUR ELECTION VOLUNTEERS: THANK YOU!

To our dedicated Republican Election Day volunteers, Thank You. Volunteering for Election Day is as demanding as it is rewarding. Long days & lots of standing, sometimes outside all day is (hopefully) a small price to pay for carrying out our civic duties. We can only be successful with your help, are always grateful for your service and hope you will continue to support us in the future. To our Election Day Volunteer coordinator Myron Goldman, Thank You for everything you do.

Ever since no-excuse mail-in ballots with designated Drop Boxes became a thing, Election Integrity has faced new challenges. This year additional volunteer duties became a reality as Drop Box Watchers monitored the process. To all of our Drop Box Watchers, Thank You. To Cheltenham’s Drop Box Captain Jessica McKeown, Thank You for organizing this very important Election Integrity initiative.
