While we hope everyone is able to share this Memorial Day weekend with family and friends, we urge all to reflect and to keep in mind the true meaning of this solemn day. Memorial Day is a day of remembrance and honor to our brave military service members who gave their lives to protect and defend The United States of America and the liberties and freedoms she provides.
If you are able to watch, The National Memorial Day Concert will be televised from The U.S. Capitol Building in Washington, DC on PBS (locally WHYY channel 12) on Sunday evening, 25 May 2025 at 8:00pm. This is a moving experience and you will be glad you watched.
